When you open Framer X for the first time, you’ll be asked to enter your email or choose “Sign in with Google”. Then you’ll go through a few quick steps to create your account and activate Framer X. 

Creating an account

Enter your first name, last name, and a username to create your Framer X account, which will allow you to publish components to the Framer X Store. Be sure to read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then check the box to confirm that you’ve done so. You can also sign up for our design newsletter.

Confirm your email address

Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be asked to verify your email address to activate your account. You can open your email client directly from the screen, but if your email client doesn’t appear as an option, please find the activation email directly in your inbox and click the link to access Framer X.

If the link expires, please re-start Framer X and enter your email address again to receive a new link.


If you have two activations already, you’ll need to contact support to have them reset your activations so you can log in.

Framer X for Teams

If you work on a team of 6—20+, you'll have the option to request a Team Account, which will give you access to the Framer X Store for creating and maintaining your design systems. Team Accounts also include custom security options, tailored training sessions, and more.
