We’re currently transitioning from our original payments system (Fastspring) to a new one (Paddle). Depending on when you purchased your subscription, you’ll have to follow different steps to cancel your account.

First, find the confirmation email you received when you first purchased Framer by searching your inbox for either [email protected] or [email protected]. The Fastspring email subject line will contain your order number (e.g., POD-123).

Once you find the email and determine which payments system you purchased through, do the following to cancel your subscription:

Fastspring:

  1. Find the link below the product(s) you ordered. Note that this URL contains order, not invoice.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription on the Subscription Details page.
  3. Click Confirm.
  4. Follow the cancellation flow.

Paddle:

  1. Reach out to us at [email protected] with your account information and we’ll take care of that for you.
